1) What is your return policy?
We want you to be thrilled with your purchases! Because all Chemistry jewelry is made to order, all sales are final. If you are unhappy with your order once you receive it, you may return the jewelry in new condition and its original packaging for store credit only. This must be done within 10 days of your receipt of the shipment and with authorization from our Customer Service department. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888-661-3991 for such authorization. Please ship your package prepaid, insured, securely wrapped, and via a carrier that provides a tracking number. Shipping charges are not refundable and will not be given credit.
2) What do I do if an item arrives damaged?
If, when you receive your order, it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and its original packaging for a prompt exchange. This must be done within 10 days of your receipt of the shipment and with authorization from our Customer Service department. Please contact email@example.com or call 888-661-3991 for such authorization. Please ship your package prepaid, insured, securely wrapped, and via a carrier that provides a tracking number. You will not incur additional shipping charges.
3) When can I expect my order?
Every piece in our collection is made to order by hand in New York City, with extreme attention to detail. Most orders will ship from our studio within four weeks of being placed. You will receive an email with your UPS tracking number once your order ships.
4) What shipping method do you use?
We ship via UPS Ground. All orders must have a physical ship to address. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
5) Can I request rush delivery?
Because our jewelry is made to order, we cannot offer rush delivery.
6) What if I am having a serious fashion emergency and really need the jewelry soon?
If you are experiencing an extreme fashion emergency, please call our Customer Service department at 888-661-3991. While we cannot promise to cure your condition, we might be able to do a little something to ease the pain.
7) Will my items be gift wrapped?
Yes. We ship all of our jewlery in beautiful packaging at no additional charge.
8) What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
9) How can I track my order?
Once your package has left our studio you will receive an email from UPS (Quantum View Notify) with your tracking number. You can track your order using this number at http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_US
If, after tracking your package with UPS, you still require assistance, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions regarding your order.
10) Why didn't I receive my shipping notification?
Sometimes the UPS (Quantum View Notify) emails are mistakenly blocked as spam by some email service providers. You can still track your order by emailing email@example.com with your name and order details.
11) Is chemistrybridal.com a secure website?
Shopping on chemistrybridal.com is safe and secure. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers' personal data and do not keep any credit card information on our website. We use your email (and occasionally your telephone number) exclusively to communicate with you regarding your order and never distribute your personal information to other companies.
